Putin offered to help break the nuclear deadlock at Kim Jong-those Summit

 Kim Jong-those Summit

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that North Korea's leader Kim Jong-he will need a "security guarantee" to leave his nuclear program, after the first summit between the two leaders.

Putin and Kim promised to build strong relations during a two-hour meeting in the Russian city Vladivostok, where the Russian President offered to help break the deadlock in North Korea's nuclear weapons program.

The meeting was deliberately planned to present an image of friendship between the two countries, with the performance of champagne toast and Russian folk dances, when the talks with North Korea had stalled the United States.

Putin said after the conversation, "We have just made quite a solid discussion. "We were able to discuss the history of our relations. We also talked about the possibility of developing the current day and bilateral relations. Of course, we also discussed the situation of the Korean Peninsula. "
